1. Introductory provisions

These terms govern the use of the Exilogic online information system (the "service"), provided by Exilogic s.r.o., company ID , registered office .

2. The service

The service is an online system for transport and freight forwarding companies for managing orders, invoices, the fleet, employees and other data. The scope of the service depends on the chosen package.

3. Registration and trial period

When you register you create an account for your company. The trial period lasts 14 days, no payment card is needed and the features of the Business package are available during it.

4. Prices and payment

The prices of the packages are stated in the price list. You can pay monthly or annually, with annual payment you get two months free. An invoice is issued for the platform services.

5. Unpaid payment

If a payment is not made you have a 7-day grace period. After that the account is suspended and available in read-only mode until you pay.

6. Your data and cancellation

The data in your account belongs to you and you can export it at any time. You can cancel the service at any time, it stays valid until the end of the paid period. After cancellation we keep the data for 90 days.

7. Liability

The data in the driving restrictions calendar is indicative and serves as an aid in planning. Always check the current rules with official sources before driving. We strive to ensure the availability of the service, but we cannot guarantee that it will be free of outages.

8. Changes to the terms

We may change the terms. We will inform you of material changes in advance.

9. Final provisions

These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic.
